What is the MOQ for solar string lights?
MOQ depends on the complete solar string light set, including the power system, customization and packaging. A MOQ quoted for a control box alone may differ from the MOQ for a complete set. Share your quantity range so we can prepare a quotation for the configuration you need.
Can I request samples before bulk supply?
You can request a sample plan for your chosen configuration. Availability, sample cost and timing are confirmed before you proceed. The sample gives you a chance to review the light appearance, controls and system compatibility before bulk supply.
What can be customized for my brand?
Customization can cover logos, packaging, labels, manuals, string layout and controls, depending on the selected platform. Available options and engineering changes are confirmed for that platform. Final artwork and samples should be approved before bulk supply.
How long will the lights stay on at night?
